Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Client Service Manager / Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping and advisory support for a portfolio of small business clients. This fully remote role focuses on accurate monthly close, financial reporting, and hands-on client service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in public accounting or CAS, strong QuickBooks Online experience, and comfort handling payroll and sales tax filings while working independently from a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of public accounting, CPA firm, Client Accounting Services (CAS), or outsourced bookkeeping experience.
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience required.
• Experience with payroll processing and sales tax filings.
• Knowledge of month-end close and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
