Public Coast Brewing is seeking an Assistant Pub Manager to lead front-of-house operations at our Oregon location. You will oversee service, hire and train FOH staff, and collaborate with operations to optimize guest experiences and efficiency.

The role emphasizes building a welcoming, high-performing team and maintaining excellent standards across dining areas, bartending, and retail interactions, with a culture-focused, guest-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising food service operations in a hospitality setting.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English; ability to interpret regulations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Prepare weekly Front of House schedules considering business fluctuations to control labor costs.
• Oversee all aspects of front-of-house service for the restaurant.
• Coordinate with Director of Operations to conduct hiring for FOH staff across outlets.
• Train and supervise FOH staff in service etiquette and menu knowledge.
• Assist in order taking, food delivery, bussing tables, and bar service when needed.
• Enhance guest experience through welcoming greetings and proactive service.
