Job summary

Mt Hood Brewing Company seeks a skilled operations leader to oversee daily FOH, kitchen and bar activities at the Mt Hood Brew Pub. You will supervise employees, optimize service standards, and ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.

You will collaborate with HR and Operations Facilitator to schedule staff, manage inventory, and control labor and beverage costs while maintaining a high level of guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be service oriented and able to supervise FOH, kitchen and bar operations.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be detail oriented with ability to set and meet high customer service standards.
• Must know and follow all proper service & reservation procedures.
• OLCC and Oregon Food Handlers permit knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house, kitchen and bar operations.
• Lead clear communication across MHBC Operations including FOH, kitchen, brewery and management.
• Ensure proper staff scheduling based on forecasted business levels.
• Develop systems for handling food, liquor, beer and wine to ensure profitability and control.
• Audit and manage inventory, ordering, and back-of-house processes.
• Champions the Toast POS system, including menu setup and pricing.
