Job summary

McMenamins Greenway Pub in Oregon is hiring an Assistant-Assistant Manager (AAM) to support Pub Manager and lead front-of-house operations during shifts.

The AAM will supervise staff, handle guest relations, oversee opening/closing duties, and help ensure a safe, friendly, efficient service environment.

Candidates should have food handlers and liquor licenses, flexible FT availability, and a passion for community and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain current food handlers and OLCC/WA liquor license
• 21+ years
• Available to work FT with a flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Excellent knowledge of wine, ales and spirits

Responsibilities

• Assist in all pub operations under the guidance of the Pub Manager
• Oversee opening and closing duties and supervise staff
• Provide excellent customer relations and handle guest requests
• Assist with cash handling, POS and administrative duties
