Qualifications

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and three years of food and beverage/restaurant experience.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcomed throughout their experience.
• Maintain high food quality and ensure recipes are followed.
• Train employees to uphold cleanliness and sanitation.
• Control cash and receipts according to company policies.
• Determine staffing levels and schedule staff accordingly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
