Job summary

Flagship Therapy in West Seattle, WA seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. We offer Full Time and PRN positions in a supportive team serving geriatric patients in recovery.

As a PTA, you will screen and evaluate patients, develop care plans, deliver rehabilitative interventions, and contribute to discharge summaries while adhering to regulatory standards. Licensure is required; new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
• Open to PTAs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting, transferring and positioning of patients/equipment.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices).
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries complying with regulatory and clinical requirements.
