Flagship Therapy in West Seattle, WA is hiring a Physical Therapist for both Full Time and PRN positions in our in-house rehab program. You’ll evaluate patients, plan care, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve function in a supportive team setting.

• Physical Therapist license required.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care; develop care plans.
• Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices as part of rehab plan.
• Administer procedures including manual techniques and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and other providers.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulations.
