Building Therapy Leaders in Shoreline, WA, seeks a Physical Therapist for full-time and PRN roles within our in-house rehab program. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop care plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to geriatric clients in recovery, including wound care when needed. • Deliver rehabilitative, clinically appropriate treatments and interventions.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and wound care as part of the rehab plan.
• Provide discharge summaries and coordinate with families and other providers.
