Building Therapy Leaders in West Seattle, WA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time and PRN position in our in-house rehab program. This role focuses on screening, evaluation, and delivering skilled interventions to geriatric patients on recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels.
• New grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and therapeutic exercises as part of the rehab plan.
• Provide consultations to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory requirements.
