Job summary
Flagship Therapy in West Seattle, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time and PRN roles to support our in-house rehab program serving geriatric clients.
The PTA will screen and evaluate patients, develop care plans, provide skilled rehabilitation, and document discharge summaries with a focus on compassionate, standards-based care.
New grads are welcome; a PTA license is required. Benefits include medical, 401k, PTO, CEU opportunities, and tuition support.
Qualifications
- PTA license is required.
- Open to PTAs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
- Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments.
- Assist with patient transfers, standing, walking; manage physical demands.
- Administer procedures as part of rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, exercises, modalities, wound care).
- Provide consultation to patients, families, and other providers.
- Generate discharge summaries in line with regulatory requirements.
