Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lakeland, FL. You will work inside dedicated therapy gyms at Valencia Hills and Scott Lake facilities, helping residents regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
