Step Up Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services in its SNF settings in Florida. The PTA will work within in-house therapy gyms at Pinecrest and Tamarac facilities, helping residents regain mobility and independence under the guidance of the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a Florida PTA license (or eligibility), a commitment to high-quality care, and experience in skilled nursing or post-acute environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
