Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services within SNFs (Pinecrest Rehabilitation Center and Tamarac Rehabilitation and Health Center). You will work in dedicated therapy gyms, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

Licensed Florida PTA required (or license-eligible); SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
