This full-time position delivers PTA services to residents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, safety and independence.

Licensed Florida PTA or eligible, graduate of an accredited PTA program, and SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Florida PTA license active or license-eligible.
• Graduate of accredited PTA program.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Net Health is preferred.
