Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility within Pinecrest Rehabilitation Center and Tamarac Rehabilitation and Health Center. This full-time, hourly position emphasizes improving safety, mobility, and independence through compassionate care.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work within dedicated therapy gyms inside SNFs, using modern rehab equipment.

Education

Graduation from an accredited PTA program
