Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in SNFs, including Pinecrest Rehabilitation Center and Tamarac Rehabilitation and Health Center. This full-time role works within dedicated therapy gyms and focuses on helping residents regain function, mobility and independence through compassionate care.

Florida-licensed PTAs (or license-eligible) with SNF or post-acute experience preferred will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
