Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Florida to provide skilled therapy services within a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety, function, and quality of life, with services delivered in dedicated therapy gyms inside SNFs.

Ideal candidates will be a graduate of an accredited PTA program and hold an active Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.
