Solaris HealthCare Plant City is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time SNF role in Plant City, FL. You’ll join Step Up Rehab’s therapy team, providing skilled PTA services in a dedicated rehab gym to help residents regain function and independence.

Requirements include graduating from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). Prior SNF/post-acute experience preferred; Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.

Responsibilities
