Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed PTA to provide skilled therapy to residents in a SNF setting, working within dedicated therapy gyms at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing.

This PRN role offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived and opportunities to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety and function. Must hold Florida PTA license or be eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
