Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. The Physical Therapy Assistant will work in the SNF setting, providing skilled PTA services inside the therapy gym and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

This full-time position requires a Florida PTA license or license-eligible, with preference for SNF or post-acute experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
