Job summary

Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center, is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work in the SNF setting. You will deliver skilled PTA services and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety, function, and quality of life.

This full-time role requires Florida PTA licensure (active or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
