Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services in a SNF setting, working inside the therapy gym at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. This full-time role emphasizes compassionate care and improving residents’ function and independence.

Florida-licensed PTAs or license-eligible professionals are welcome to apply. SNF/post-acute experience and Net Health knowledge are preferred assets for success in this role.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
