Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services in a SNF, working inside the dedicated therapy gym at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. You’ll help residents regain function and independence through compassionate care and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a Florida PTA license (or eligible) and a commitment to high-quality patient outcomes in a busy skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
