Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lecanto, FL, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide PTA services inside our dedicated therapy gym, supporting residents to regain function with compassionate care.

Preferred candidates hold an active Florida PTA license and SNF or post-acute experience; Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.
