Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lecanto, FL, seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time SNF role. You will deliver skilled PTA services inside the SNF therapy gym, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support residents in regaining function and independence.

Florida-licensed PTAs with SNF or post-acute experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a SNF.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
