Job summary

Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center, seeks a Florida-licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our full-time team in a SNF setting to help residents regain function.

Provide skilled PTA services inside our therapy gym and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life for residents. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a SNF.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
