Step Up Rehab is recruiting a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. You will work inside dedicated therapy gyms within Tampa-area facilities, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

We offer full-time roles with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, modern rehab gyms, and supportive leadership focused on quality care and clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
