Job summary

Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seek a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for SNF settings. This PRN role supports residents with therapy services and works within dedicated therapy gyms, contributing to improved mobility and independence.

Applicants should have a Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible) and prefer SNF or post-acute experience. Net Health knowledge is a plus; compensation increases when benefits are waived.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Net Health documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Maintain professional documentation and ensure care plans are implemented.
