Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN work at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, FL. You will provide skilled PTA services in a SNF setting and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Florida PTA license required (or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience preferred; competitive pay and in-house support are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
