Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, FL is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver skilled therapy within dedicated rehab gyms at our SNF facilities. This role emphasizes teamwork with an interdisciplinary group to enhance safety, mobility, and quality of life for residents.

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) and ideally some SNF or post-acute experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
