Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in SNF settings. Provide skilled PTA services, support residents in mobility and independence, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and Florida PTA license (or eligibility). SNF/post-acute experience and Net Health familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
