Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in our SNF setting. This PRN position includes working within dedicated therapy gyms and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' safety and independence.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited PTA program credential, Florida PTA licensure (or eligibility), and SNF/post-acute experience. We offer a supportive environment and modern rehab amenities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.
