Job summary

Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role in their Skilled Nursing Facility settings in Florida. Services are delivered within dedicated therapy gyms to help residents regain function and independence.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license or eligibility, with SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
