Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work PRN in our skilled nursing facility settings—Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, FL. You will provide skilled PTA services, support residents in regaining function, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety and quality of life.

Florida PTA licensure (or eligible) is required; SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate PTA program completion is required.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
