Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work inside a dedicated therapy gym, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence for residents.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience is preferred; Net Health knowledge is a plus.
