Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licensed in Florida to join our in-house therapy teams at Pinecrest Rehabilitation Center and Tamarac Rehabilitation and Health Center. The role is full-time and performed in skilled nursing facilities, with patients receiving skilled PTA services to improve function and mobility.

You will work within dedicated therapy gyms, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care and help residents regain independence

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Support with dedicated therapy gyms inside SNFs and help residents regain function, mobility, and independence.

Education
