Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, FL.

This PRN role supports residents to regain function and independence, with in-house gyms and modern equipment. Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible); SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
