Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Skilled Nursing Facility work at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Florida. You will provide skilled PTA therapies in dedicated rehab gyms and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

Qualified candidates will be graduates of an accredited PTA program with an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
