Job summary

Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a PRN team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Graduate of an accredited PTA program and Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with facility policies.
• Maintain professional responsibilities and uphold standards of care.
