Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in SNFs within the Sarasota area. You will work with residents to restore function and independence in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Candidates must have an accredited PTA degree and Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience is preferred; Net Health documentation knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
