Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled PTA services in a SNF setting at facilities in Sarasota, FL. You will join a team focused on improving safety, function, and quality of life for residents, working within dedicated therapy gyms and with an interdisciplinary group.

PRN position with increased rates when benefits are waived; Florida license or eligibility required; SNF/post-acute experience preferred and Net Health documentation knowledge a bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
