Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapies within our SNF settings in Sarasota, FL. The role supports residents to regain function and independence, working closely with an interdisciplinary team in our in-house facilities at The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch and Hawthorne Health & Rehab.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida PTA license (or is license-eligible) and has SNF/post-acute experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
