Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Sarasota, FL. The PRN role supports residents’ function with skilled therapy services in dedicated therapy gyms inside partner facilities.

Candidates should have an accredited PTA program and Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible). SNF/post-acute experience is preferred and Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Support therapy goals in modern rehab gyms and ensure compassionate care.
