Step Up Rehab is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support residents in skilled nursing facilities in Sarasota, FL. This PRN role offers meaningful hands-on therapy to improve function and independence, with a supportive leadership team and modern rehab gyms.

You will provide PTA services, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and document progress while maintaining Florida licensure. Competitive pay and travel stipend opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate PTA must be licensed in Florida or eligible for licensure.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Assist in treatment plan implementation and progress documentation.
• Maintain licensure and stay current with Florida PTA requirements.
