Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for SNF settings in Sarasota, FL. The role provides skilled PTA services to residents in skilled nursing facilities and involves collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

The PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived. Candidates should be a graduate PTA in Florida with active license or eligibility and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
