Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting across multiple facilities in Sarasota, FL. The PRN position supports the in-house therapy teams at The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch Health and Rehabilitation Center, and Hawthorne Health and Rehabilitation Center – Sarasota.

You're a graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active Florida PTA license (license-eligible accepted) and SNF or post-acute experience is

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
