Step Up Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility teams in Sarasota, FL on a PRN basis. You will deliver skilled PTA services to residents in SNFs, work with an interdisciplinary team, and help patients regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
