Step Up Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled PTA services in our SNF settings, working within dedicated therapy gyms at Tampa Lakes and Ybor City facilities. You will help residents regain function and independence under interdisciplinary care.

This full-time role offers a supportive culture, reasonable caseloads, and modern rehab gyms, with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Florida license required or eligible to obtain licensure quickly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
