Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in our SNF settings in Ybor City and Tampa Lakes facilities. Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

This PRN position offers competitive pay, modern rehab gyms, and supportive leadership. Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) is required, SNF/post-acute experience preferred, and benefits vary with benefits-waived status.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA‑related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
