Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in our SNF settings at Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tampa, FL.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function, improve safety, and quality of life, with a PRN schedule and supportive leadership. Florida license or license-eligible required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA‑related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
